Rose and Crown Beer Cart question

So normally we head inside the bar to get a Golden Imperial (aka Carl's Combo), which is a half Bass, half Harp pint, but I just realized something...

Usually if the inside bar is busy, we bypass UK entirely, but I noticed that the beer cart sells Bass and Harp. Does anyone know if they'll make you a combo outside? I don't see why they wouldn't since both beers cost the same price, but it's Disney after all and they might have some rule against doing this.

I am not sure on the Golden Imperial but I can tell you i've gotten a Black Velvet (or black apples or snake bites depending on where you are) with half Guinness and half cider at the stand.

When I worked the beer cart, technically we were told not to but if you put it in separate cups and then guest mixed it then that was ok

Wouldn't that require buying 2 beers then? Kinda defeats the purpose.
