Actually I have copies of the floor plans from the staff at the Polynesian and going by the dimensions the original longhouse rooms were 402 sq-ft (14' 8" x 27' 1")

The addition in 1978 Tokelau were 452 sq-ft (16' 8" x 27' 1")

The addition in 1985 (Tahiti and Rapa Nui) had rooms that were also 452 sq-ft (16' 8" x 27' 1")

Tokelau was used for some test rooms that would go into the construction of Tahiti and Rapa Nui. so they are the same size but Tahiti and Rapa Nui ended up with double sinks and a different bathroom layout.

The individual rooms in the Tonga suites used as add-ons to the larger suites are sometimes sold separately and they are 386 sq-ft
