Room Location At POFQ For Mid July 2018

Hello All,
I have stayed at POR , but not at POFQ. I am booked for a Riverview room. I want to be as close as possible to the bus stop, food court, and front desk. Which would be the best two buildings to request in your opinion. I know the resort only has one bus stop and is much smaller than Riverside. That being said I still would appreciate any feedback. Thanks In advance!!!!!

It's true that wherever you stay in POFQ you are never going to be THAT far from the bus stop/food court.

Still, for one of the closest buildings with a river view I would look at #5. We stayed here (pool view) in January-it's a very short walk to the front of the resort. The #5 building also has a side with a river view. On the river view side, rooms on the end closest to the boat launch/pool will have the shortest walk to the front of the resort.

If being close to the bus stop/food court is a real priority, you would have to give up the river view. Building #4 is right across from food court.

I love POR too, but having stayed at both I am partial to POFQ because of the small size. Enjoy your vacation!

Our first choice is always building 4. Second choice building 3. The food court and bus stop are both a short walk. But the entire resort is compact and there really isnt a building thats inconvenient. Weve gotten placed in other buildings before and were not bothered by the walk. Some building 2 rooms tended to be noisier due to the close proximity to the pool and a longer walk to where we had to park our vehicle.

Having a Riverview room would put you a little further away, as those rooms are on the opposite side of everything you mentioned that you want to be near. Building 4 is the best location... right next to the main building and bus stop. The size of this resort is what makes it great... no matter what building you are in, you are close to everything.
