Personally I don't think SM will be in the first stage at least. Buzz is a suitable substitute. Also a better Jungle Cruise seems unlikly to happen along with a roller coaster as it takes up so much room. Legend of the Lion King I don't think will be in there as it has passed its sell by date, it wasn't an amazing attraction but was fine whilst the Lion King movie was still hyped. The other choices seem quite good though.
