WOW. Those look so neat!! :sohappy:

I hope that our Nemo addition to the Living Seas is complete - although the Sea Cabs would be an awesome addition. No more, though, let's not make this the Finding Nemo pavilion. :D Don't wanna get sick of it. But what was done is good.

Great job, Disney! And hope Jason is doing O.K. in retirement.

I'm gonna miss Jason and Atlas... especially Atlas. He was funny.

I gotta say I am VERY impressed with what is happening. I'm definently going to try and make a special trip for that.

I too am very impressed with what they've done here. When I first read this I was expecting a huge group of people stading in front of a 27" tv, not a huge screen. I also like how it's educational as well. People think Epcot is boring because it's too educational, I think not. Having things like this could help a lot of people out; pointing out how to avoid shark attacks and water safety...purely excellent! Job well done on this Disney. I can't wait to personally check this out in a couple weeks.

I'm in the camp that found the idea of The Living Seas intriguing, but not so memorable in the execution. As a kid watching commercials for the attraction on TV, I thought that I'd get a chance to swim in the tank (which one *can* do, but not on a normal visit). The actual experience was of the pavillion was rather dull (even when the sea cabs were running). I always felt they could have done more.
To this day, I'm still amazed by the hydrolators!! Got to love the woman that tried to sue because she said the pressure hurt her ears or whatever!... haha!!..

Again, I'm glad all of this is happening! The only thing really special about LS, based on my last visit to the pavillion (probably back in March or so), was the serenity of the place. They really need to change the placement of that giftshop, though! People were under the impression that's all the place was! The exit of the pavillion would be much more appropriate if it was needed of all and OF COURSE it is...

BTW... Anyone able to get any pictures of this new addition? That would be GREAT!

Pictures look GREAT!! Thanks for posting. The Bruce and other sharks... I'm assuming they're just models like those found outside, right?

What a great addition! Living Seas needed some different touches. I hope they keep this for a while so that I get to see it one day in the near future.

I still can't tell. . . by the video available on laughingplace.com, it seems that a Cast Member is saying everything (actually using a *very* good Crush voice). If it's a voice filter, that would be AMAZING technology.

Anyone have any clue how they do it?

You know...these additions have definetely given TLS a breath of fresh air...the new exhibits are nice...I'd say TLS needs four more things...an updated queue (new paint, exhibits, carpet)...a more entertaining "waiting room" (the circular room)...maybe something like what they have over at the UoE with Ellen...I think that could have Nemo, or his dad, or even Dory....something to make those five minutes not seem like an eternity....then I think they need to update the preshow with a new video (no Nemo here I think)...maybe add a new twist to it....make it 3D or something...then I think it would be nice to tie everyting together...have the sea cabs come back...where the actual aquarium with real fishes...blends in with "imagineered" aquariums with Nemo and friends swimming by...just some thoughts....

I've always liked TLS...I'm very happy to see that it got quality changes...lets hope its just the beginning...

I agree that the Living Seas is greatly benefitting from Nemo. However, I think that the only next step is adding in the SeaCabs and updating the rest of the pavilion -- WITHOUT the Nemo addition. Simply because three of the main floor exhibits are now 100% Nemo, along with the exterior/meet and greet. I think that a little of the realistic Seabase Alpha should remain, just to keep the Living Seas "The Living Seas" and not Nemoland. Balance is of extreme importance!

No voice filler. Actors are picked based on their improv skills as well as their voice acting.
