Hi all ...this will be my first holiday to disney world since I was 7 years old...there is just us 2 adults going in November (15 nights at Port Orleans Riverside) and we have made the following choices to eat in the evenings based on which location we will be in...have i overlooked any hidden gems:

Booked so far (Dinner) : Planet Hollywood, TREX, Spirit of Aloha dinner, Ohana's, California Grill, Victoria and Alberts, Liberty Tree Tavern, Yachtsman Steakhouse, Artist Point and Rose and Crown Pub.

Only Booked one lunch: Coral Reef

One character Breakfast: Crystal Palace.

PS... Any suggestions for where to eat when at Universal?? :veryconfu

My favorite place to eat in Islands of Adventure is Mythos. The outside of it is beautiful, the prices are reasonable and the food is good. They have some great drinks too.

You have some nice choices on your list. I have only tried a few of them.

Crystal Palace - I enjoyed the character interaction here more than the food.

Coral Reef - I eat here every year. The food is just ok, but the atmosphere is amazing. It is always freezing in there though, so keep that in mind.

Artist Point - Great meal, great service. I am going back again this year since I enjoyed last year's meal so much.

California Grill - good food, decent service. The view is spectacular.

Liberty Tree Tavern - I had one of the best service experiences of my life here. I like the comfort food that they serve for dinner.

There are a ton of places to eat at City Walk and Universal. You will not have a problem finding some where to eat. Hard Rock and Margaritaville are on the top of my list

Excellent choices in the Yachtsman Steakhouse and Artist Point. We've had some of our favorite meals in those restaurants.

Some of our other favorites:
Chefs de France,
Coral Reef,
Tutto Italia (we are in the minority on that, I know!)
The Wave (at the Contemporary Resort),
Flying Fish (Boardwalk)

Character Breakfast at Cape May Cafe

overlooked for disney consider citricos or flying fish. we've had fantastic meals and service at both on multiple trips.

city walk we like emeril's for a nice meal or pat obrians or bubba gumps if we want a casual dinner with drinks. there was a mexican place there i can't remember the name of that i thought was pretty good and i love authentic mexican and hate a lot of places we try...not a taco bell kind of girl lol.
