Restaraunt reservations on My Disney Experience App

I an hoping to go in June and i see that it is now 60 days out and not 180 like it used to be on my previous trips.

Each day, I get on the app and look at 60 days out just to get an idea of my chances of getting my restaraunts when the time comes to make my ADRs. And I notice that sometimes it gives "special" times. Are those slots reserved for annual pass holders, or people staying on property or some other VIP type of guests? Or can anyone book those slots?

You’re looking in September. I bet that the 8th is a party night. The “special” reservations should be for those with party tickets.

As stated, they have Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween events on certain nights. September 8th is one of them. If you don't have tickets for the event, you will be kicked out of MK at 6 PM. So, you can't use a dining reservation after then either w/o a ticket to the event.
