Response from WDW

Awhile back, after my fiancee and I returned from WDW, we had some complaints about some of the treatment we had received from some of the castmembers. Most and foremost, we caught 2 guys at Space Mtn looking up not only my fiancee's skirt, but also a girl in the car ahed of us. They made no attempt to hide it, and even made jokes and told the guys in the control tower who quickly came to the window to check out the "view".

This was one of a handful of major complaints we had about our experience.

Now, a month later, and after no respose whatsoever, I open my mailbox to find an envelope from the Walt Disney Corp. Inside was a letter of apology and 2 free ultimate park hopper tickets for our next visit.

Guess the squeaky wheel gets the grease.....

Wow! How nice... Who signed your letter? It sounds just perfectly Disney! My former boss at GR in Epcot was the best at guest recoveries! Totally "Disney" like! :sohappy: (I don´t think she actually signed your letter, but the attitude and response you got were what I would expect from a company).

Glad that replied back! So did you phone them your complaint or write it in!

Hmmmm give us all a copy so we can all get free park passes!

That used to be MY scam for getting into Universal Free...Id just say that I came all the way from NY and that a certain ride wasnt open and it ruined my entire time...2 months later..free pass's

Nope...im serious. When i was in NY i was only 15-16...so its not like id be able to afford the tix by myself. We woudl spend all our cash on gas money for the drive down...

Nah..now that i actually have a job and live in orlando..i am able to afford the tickets....thats was a good 5-6 years ago..im now 22...

How did you get in contact with them. We are back from a 4 day cruise and 4 days at wdw and I to have some concerns.
