There seems to be a lot of maintenance going on where I will be staying, but I doubt it will interfere too much. Thanks for posting the info!:)

Pop's Hippy Dippy Pool is also going to be under renovations. I actually got a letter from them stating it would be closed during our stay.

I don't know the exact dates it will be down, but it will be at least at the end of February!

Curious - will the boat transportation be down durring renovations? Can't have the guests wandering through the ferns to get to the dock....
Good question, that's all the update mentioned.

Quite interesting. Thank you for that info! Any chance of a Caribbean Beach refurb of any sorts in the foreseeable future?
Won't know until the update the list of rehabs.

This is a great list of details... I do have a question - and it may be off topic, so please forgive me.... I was making a group reservation at Corondado Springs today (which I've never done before) and the cast member asked me a standard battery of questions including where do you usually stay. I stated All Star Movies - If you could move the giant Buzz Lightyear to another resort, I may be able to convince my kids to try staying at a different one. To which she replied - Toy Story themed family rooms are in the works. I didn't probe for any more info... I hadn't read anything on this and I do know to take what I hear with a grain of salt, but was wondering if there was any truth to this. I did try searching other threads and this was the closest that I could find. Thank you in advance.

I've not heard about Toy Story themed rooms but perhaps she meant the Art of Animation resort which will have family suites themed to Lion King, Cars, Little Mermaid and Finding Nemo.

Has the work started / finished on the new main pool at SSR?

Edit - never mind. I thought the main pool at the springs was being upgraded. Just realised it is only the one at the paddock. :)

That's interesting, I hadn't heard anything either. It would be great though. Like CBR did with Trinidad South, its one way to make the ranchos more desirable.
