Good Day Disneyaerians. Well after an exhausting day in the parks, once my head hits that pillow I'am off to Never Never land. But have you been at a Disney resort that the bed is so uncomfortable that you can't wait to get back to your own bed at home.I've read that Swan & Dolphin have awesome beds, but I must admit in my five stays at three different mods,Ive yet to have a complaint and last year at PORS the new queen size beds were an added bonus. So have you had a bad nights sleep in a Disney resort bed in any of your stays.?:)

After a day with my little "angels" a bed of nails would feel good. Lucky to get 6hrs or so on a good night! When we do SWW lined up by 6am so a bed of nais would be good! No problems here.

No issues with the beds for me. However, I have to bring my own pillow. Without my pillow, my back would be crinked in 10 different spots. It all starts in my neck and gets worse from there. I would have to find a local Chiropractor for an adjustment. I know they are not real doctors, but they do stop real pain (at least in my experience).

Boardwalk beds are wonderful!
We stayed in Beach Club this past December and like @zurgandfriend we found the beds to squishy. The bed just sucked you in :(
Hold that quote! " The beds were Squishy and sucked you in " There's got to be a one liner joke in that one. Reminds me of a waterbed that my first wife bought for us,but we just drifted apart.:(

I think the beds at Disneyland Hotel are filled with clouds and cotton candy, mixed together for 12 years for perfect buoyancy, then washed in The Fountain of Youth. It's all then wrapped together in Unicorn Fur with a single strand of Walt's hair holding it all together.

In other words, they're alright.
For a moment there I thought you were on the Fosters;)

Next time I stay at the values I need to be sure to bring my own pillow that would help out tremendously. Also if memory from last september holds up, the edges of the beds had no strength, so if youre an edge layer like me it doesnt stay firm on the edge and bends downward...I still slept...I think one night I did sleep on the floor because it was more comfortable..but I do that at home from time to time as I'm an odd dude.

I dont remember any issues at any of the deluxe resorts as far as sleeping was concerned..but yeah...a lot of it depends on how much you wear yourself out before laying down.

I have to agree with other posters on this one.... once jammies are on, lights are turned off and my head hits that pillow, it's good night Irene. Three things I do well at Disney is walk MILES a day, eat well and sleep to the point where I actually feel rested when I wake up in the morning. Having said that, our first night home in our own bed, I sleep HARD and chant "oh bed, how i have missed thee!!!" LOL

I agree with the pillow issues! I bring my own because I can't stand the down style pillow that flattens in the middle as soon as you lay your head on it. I like a nice firm pillow with substance I tell you! I love traveling, but there is no place like home when it comes to your bed :)

I think the mattresses are fine. It's the linens I dislike. The blankets are stiff and the comforters are suffocating. Our most recent stay at Riverside was mildly annoying because I was too cold without the comforter but stifled with it on. It was almost enough to make me consider packing my own blankets for the next trip (which would be cleaner than those rarely-laundered comforters anyway).
