Reservation at the Polynesian in January

We booked 2 rooms (room only) for January in the Polynesian. We're annual passholders, but our passes just expired. I plan to get new annual passes when we get there in January. Will I be able to book fastpass+ soon or am I out of luck?

From what I understand, you need to have at least purchased the AP voucher in order to tie it to your MDE account and gain FP+ privileges.

I'm an AP too. Our passes expire Oct 6, and how I remembered was from trying to go one and do FP+ for our upcoming trip. I think you have to have passes to tie to you MDE account to do it.
