I would like to help but your message is very vague and lacking detail...
What dates in October?
What size car?
It is usually cheaper to get the rental car at Walt Disney World Car Care Center than at the Orlando Airport. At the Car Care Center, they use Alamo and National car rental companies.
I just did a quick search for 10/6/2018 - 10/20/2018 these are the numbers I found....
Alamo at the Car Care Center and Alamo at MCO for you to compare:
Compact: CCC - $530.99 ($506.30 if pay when reserve); MCO - $745.78 ($711.96 if pay when reserve)
Midize: CCC - $542.70 ($517.63 if pay when reserve); MCO - $762.88 ($728.16 if pay when reserve)
Standard: CCC - $555.49 ($529.79 if pay when reserve); MCO - $762.98 ($728.26 if pay when reserve)
Fullsize: CCC - $566.13 ($539.89 if pay when reserve); MCO - $751.73($717.57 if pay when reserve)
National at the Car Care Center and National at MCO for you to compare:
Compact: CCC - $589.56; MCO - $801.85
Midize: CCC - $612.99; MCO - $835.05
Standard: CCC - $624.71; MCO - $951.33
Fullsize: CCC - $648.14; MCO - $1017.78
On Orbitz, I found from MCO:
Nu Car Rental for $419.00 for a compact and $530.00 for a standard and Fullsize
Fox Rent-A-Car for $482.00 for a compact
Advantage Rent-A-Car for $565.00 for a compact
On Orbitz, I found from CCC:
Alamo ecomony for $519.00, compact for $553.00

With that given information, here is what I found from Alamo (best prices from original response) picking up from CCC at WDW for October 12th - 27th:
Midsize: $581.47 ($554.60 if pay now)
Standard: $595.18 ($567.63 if pay now)
Fullsize: $606.57 ($578.45 if pay now)
This way you can use the DME to your resort and they have a shuttle to get you to the Car Care Center. Alamo also has pick up at Shades of Green, Walt Disney World Dolphin and Hilton Orlando (Disney Springs). Just have to find one most convenient for you.

Sign up for their membership (it's free). If you have AAA, they give good codes. Also try retailmenot.com for any codes for anyone you may use. We used Disney World Car Care Center Car Rental - Alamo Rent A Car last time and it was great. For a week we got a Dodge Durango suv for like $500. Also, always use your own personal insurance and always say you'll fill it up before returning.
