Relaxation

We hit the ground running at rope drop and go until the last night show at each park. Back to room and crash. Shower in the morning to wake us up and back at it again. We try to schedule Animal kingdom as the last park of our stay so we dont have to be out that late that night and we always make sure we have at least two days after coming home to unwind and relax. Many people would shake their heads at the thought we go on vacation to Disney and go crazy to come back home to relax. But it works for us and we wouldn't trade it for the world.

On our trips it's 8AM - 11PM+ everyday. When I get back to the resort there's just enough time for shower, brushing teeth and sleep because the 6AM alarm is coming again in a hurry.

These trips cost me thousands of dollars and I squeeze every minute out of them that I can. I can sit in the sun and lounge around at home...

I'm with you. I want to squeeze every bit of Disney I can out of my trip. I'll sleep later.[/quote]

Morning Fellow Disney Nuts,
Today is (allegedly) National Wiggle your toes Day in the good ole US of A so,my question to you is ,

How do you like to relax after a hard day at the parks ??
Do you like to chill on the beach at the Poly (Wiggling your toes in the sand),or relax in the resort pool?
Or do you have another way of unwinding ?
There will be no relaxing or unwinding at WDW anymore. TDO is making sure of it. You will sleep when you leave, or you may use 2 fp+'s to schedule a 5 minute breather in the tram of your choosing, but only if you schedule it 90 days prior to arrival. Full disclosure... any and all adr's or other reservations will be immediately cancelled if you choose to exercise this option, as you will not spend as much money with WDW as we require you to, and we will know, after all you have a bracelet on.

We need time for things to happen.

THIS.

Although we do take a quick break after lunch to relax and I tend to work out as well...
This might sound crazy but I go to the resort gym. Work out for about a hour. Working out has always been relaxing for me.
But not like THIS ^^^

more like this:
A beer at the pool bar
12 ounces at a time.

Depends where we are staying, but basically after i get my twin 6 year olds to bed:
If staying at the :

1) Poly- Grab a beer and an awesome cigar-walk around the grounds and the beach.
2) Boardwalk-same as above but around the Boardwalk
3) Coronado-same as prior 2 except walk around the grounds at Coronado
4) AK Lodge-same as prior 3 except walk the AK lodge grounds

see at pattern here :)

5) If we have rented a house, a couple of fine glasses of port wine, cigar while in the pool.
