If anyone became p off due to the name of a resort then they need help...straight up. It’s not that serious
I did, I smashed my picture of Bob Iger and doll made of his hair.

Well... don’t let details get in the way of my corny horror movie referenceExcept for the fact it’s on Bay Lake, perhaps?
Glad to see Pioneer Hall escape the carnage back there. Too bad it won't ever be quiet again though.Huge impacts to Fort Wilderness! BlogMickey spotted some new permits that show how much we'll lose

Part of the plan does include higher-end cabins, effectively obliterating what's left of Ft. Wilderness beach. It doesn't fit in with the aesthetic of FW and WL, so it shouldn't be branded as such. I'd prefer it be built somewhere else on property anyway and something else be built on the old RC site -- like some type of FW expansion with higher-end cabins, etc. But that's crazy talk.
My guess: maybe near the stables. Have we seen any filings for changes in that area?Where will the ranch be moved to?
Across the street. Visible in this site plan.Where will the ranch be moved to?
This was it's charm. And why we've stayed at Fort Wildnerness for decades. It's a vacation inside a vacation. A bubble inside a bubble.I do hate this. However, the beaches at all the Seven Seas/Bay Lake resorts are barren most times I've looked. Whether it be reptiles or brain eating amoeba, they have little usage. Still, I would rather see an unused beach volleyball court than another dang bungalow.
Don't worry! The stables will be on the other side of the parking lot! This was it's charm. And why we've stayed at Fort Wildnerness for decades. It's a vacation inside a vacation. A bubble inside a bubble.
This is just depressing. It will never be the same. My favorite? Replacing the stables/riding area with a parking lot. Awesome.
Wow. Didn’t realize those buildings were plonked right down on the Fort Wilderness beach. Geesh.
Looks like my running path will become a parking lot. Eh.. par for the course if you live in Florida. It's not just happening at Dinsey.
