Quick Serve favourites?

We've got a 2 week trip coming up on the quick serve dining plan, thats 28 quick service meals!! I've got to about 10 places where I really want to eat and now I'm stuck, I know we are going to have to double up on places but would really like to keep it to a minimum.
And so I am here to pick your brains for your favourite QS restraunts, I'm all up for a bit of resort hopping so resort QS's are good too.
Where are your favourites? Are there any must have QS meals on your trips?

For us, QS must-dos are more centered around specific dishes than specific locations. They include: the BBQ slaw dog at Casey's in the Magic Kingdom, a shawarma platter at Tangeriene Cafe (Morocco pavilion) in Epcot, and the pulled beef sandwich with mint cucumber sauce at Tamu Tamu in the Animal Kingdom. With the exception of that dee-licious slaw dog, the "food memories" that stick with us the most tend to be things we can't get at home.

Mk I really like Pecos bill and Casey's. Epcot has a food court type area which has quite a variety as I recall. Dhs I have nothing, I don't care for any of the qs. Animal kingdom there is pizza safari which has air conditioning, a rarity in that park.

I think that the real mad hatter made some great suggestions (if you can 'decode' the acronyms ;)) and I'll add the following:

In Magic Kingdom, I'd add Cosmic Ray's SC to the list, as they have the various "bays" and hence a pretty good variety now - also big enough that waits are usually minimal, and seating pretty good. If you have kids, they might like the show too ...

I'll add my vote for Flame Tree BBQ in Animal Kingdom - really good! (closest to a 'must have' QS meal for me) Also, I really wanted to love the Yak & Yeti, but have been a little underwhelmed ...

Sunshine Seasons is a great EPCOT option, since again, there's lots of variety, and the food always seems very fresh, with more healthy options than many other places. When I'm more in the mood for a 'guilty pleasure' at EPCOT, I find my way over to Electric Umbrella ....

Thanks for all the suggestions, Some that I hadn't even thought of but will definately give a try!
Peco Bills and Caseys were on my maybe list but think we will add them in now.

QS musts...Downtown....WPE....EOS....Hollywood Studios...SRC...BE....Animal Kingdom....FTB...Epcot...SS....Magic Kingdom...CHH....PB....;)
Think I just about dechiphered this code  LOL

Sunshine Seasons is a great EPCOT option
I hear so much about Sunshine seasons but when I'm in EP I feel like i should eat in WS rather than in FW because its food that i wouldn't get in the other parks, maybe ill have to change that for this trip.

Not sure if you know this, but you misspelled favorites.
I'm from the UK and over here we add the 'u' ;)

I haven't tried a ton of quick service places, but these are the ones that I have tried and liked:

Downtown Disney: Wolfgang Puck Express (GREAT value for a counter service credit), Earl of Sandwich
Epcot: Sunshine Seasons and the quick service places in Norway, France and Morocco
Magic Kingdom: Pecos Bill's, Columbia Harbor House
Animal Kingdom: Flame Tree BBQ
Hollywood Studios: Backlot Express
Resorts: Gaspirilla Island at The Grand Floridian, The Mara at Animal Kingdom Lodge, Beachclub Marketplace at the Beach Club

Of all of these I personally think the best ones are Wolfgang Puck Express, Earl of Sandwich, the places in Norway, France and Morocco, Flame Tree BBQ and Gaspirilla Island. :)

We love Sunshine Seasons at Epcot (the oak grilled chicken is yummy! So is the strawberry shortcake!) Also Flame Tree BBQ at AK. HS I don't think have very good QS places. Starring Rolls does have good sandwiches though. Also Earl of SAndwich at DTD is the BEST sandwich!!! :)
