Questions about 5 night dining rotation

We will be on a 5 night cruise on the Wonder in October, and I have a few questions. I know we will have the regular menu once for each of the 3 restaurants, and the pirate menu for one night, what will the menu be on the 5th night? Will it be a repeat of one of the regular menus? I'm guessing one of the nights will be dress up night and one of course is pirate night, is there anything else I need to be sure to pack for? Also, is the dress code for the Palo brunch the same as for Palo dinner? Thanks!

Dress code at brunch is more relaxed. They still don't want jeans or shorts but you don't have to break out ties or anything!

Dinner menu should be Til We Meet Again.

Khakis and a nice polo are perfectly acceptable for brunch. That is what I wore to brunch at Palo on the magic last may and had no problems at all.
