Question about Disney Traditons/University

Do all Disney employees get to go through Traditions/University? Even Call Center Employees

It's not all that bad, but it's super long. It got me very pumped up about working for the company.

Traditions got me excited to work for Disney.

However, I'm a huge WDW fan so I do have a bias.
