Problem With Disney Online Reservation

When I log into my disney vacation online, it says you are "240 days from your next vacation", which is not true. Should I be worried? I called them and they have my right reservation, but I'm a worrier and I want to know if theres anything I should do. Thanks.

No I can get on. And I refreshed the page and called them again. They have my right info, just on the page its wrong. :shrug:

Does the reservation dates show correctly on the website? If so, it should be fine. The part about how many days left isn't important. I can understand why that would concern you. You should have an email from them showing the correct dates when you booked it.

Yea the dates on the confirmation email are correct

It says error when I try and view mine but I called and asked about it and everything is still fine. I was a little nervous!!!

I even added on an additional day! So we are now staying 10 nights 11 days!!!!

The online system was showing my ressie incorrect for awhile until I called and spoke to guest services. She did something in the system and got it all set. Now it shows the correct info. It's been a frustrating process! :hammer: But just call again to put your mind at ease - im' a worrier too!!! :lol:

It shows I have 10 day park hopper water parks and more but it should be 11 days. I emailed them about it...

I just asked at the reservation center when doing a payment on my room and I asked the same thing. They mention that there is no 11 day passes..You have to get a 10 day pass and use up 1 day. Sometime during the middle of your trip you want to add a day. They can do that..Otherwise they gave me the option to go Annual.

Ok well I called them again, and they DO have my correct arrival date and everything, but on the website it's still wrong. No big deal I guess, as long as my itinerary is correct.

I don't believe this to be true.

According to the AllEars Ticket FAQ:

ADDING DAYS TO MYW TICKETS

MYW tickets can have days added to the ticket. You must add the days within the 14 day from first use window. No ticket can exceed a total length of 10 days. If you have a 10 day and used 5 days from it, you cannot add another day to it as the total cannot exceed 10. But if you have say a 7 day ticket and you use 2 days, you can add on up to three additional days.

Okay so I called and basically there are no 11 day tickets because they feel if your there that long you should start looking into an annual pass.

He explained it but it was very confusing. He pretty much said when you use 8 days tell them you want to add another day worth of tickets or something like that.

Does anyone have any idea what this is going to cost me? Like a ballpark guess? The guy on the phone said it would be a couple dollars per person...I just dont know if a couple dollars to him is $5-$8-$15- or whatever???
