Previously Declined Magic Bands

When my wife and I got our annual passes this year we declined new magic bands, stupid i know... but now we would like to get them. when i go to our mydineyexperience page it gives me the option to change selection and get the magic bands, but when i click it, it loads and then pops up "sorry, there was a problem completing your request." is this a glitch or can we not get the magic bands after declining them?

The easiest answer is to give the Annual Pass department a call and talk to them directly. It may be a system glitch.
