Seems totally likely considering Disney is supposed to be releasing Indiana Jones 5 next year.

If they could just convert it to the Tokyo version, that'd be great. It's the same ride, but like, way better.

I had never seen the tokyo version, but last week a ride video popped up in my feed on Youtube- and when I saw that that ride had a TORNADO, I was blown away.
I don't like that that ride focuses around the Crystal Skull (for obvious reasons), but if they brought the effects of the Anaheim ride up to par with the effects in that ride, it'd be amazing.

Indy is a classic example of how projection effects aren't always better than practical.
It used to be so cool seeing which door you'd get to go through- and made the illusion of having three different chambers much more convincing. With a tacky projection, it just isn't the same.

The ride has nothing to do with the 2008 film. Actually predates the film by like 7 years!
