Polynesian construction

We consider to stay in the Polynesian in mid February. Any idea if construction will be an issue (as in the view from our windows be something that looks like a construction site)? Any ideas if the room "Deluxe Studio - Standard View at Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows" is affected?

The DVC longhouses are on the other side of the resort to the new tower. Which is somewhat kind of ironic really. So your view will be unaffected.
