Poly Construction

Hello all! We have our first WDW trip coming up next week and we have an ADR at Ohana. The plan was to have dinner, then head out to the beach to watch fireworks. A friend of mine just booked the Poly and mentioned that there's construction and the beach may be inaccessible. Does anyone know the current state and whether or we would be able to access the beach for fireworks? Thanks for the help!

I'm not sure, but theres plenty of beach area, so hopefully some space is open. There is also a good spot on the hill by the bungalows to watch, and even at the top of a staircase outside a longhouse. used to always see people going up there while on my shifts.
