It was not a death. If it was that area would still be under investigation. deaths scenes take hours to clear.
No it doesn't, this is normal and happens every week in hotels. People just die. This is why I don't understand people renting a room in their house on Airbnb. It might be good to make some money, until this happens in your house.

I'm speculating, not jumping to a conclusion. But the fact is, we have an opiate addiction problem in the US, and when I was a hospitalist and needed to admit a patient who overdosed, outside of their homes, the second most common location where they were found was in a public restroom.

Pretty uncommon place for that to occur, though. Most people with an on-going MI will try to find a comfortable place to lie down. Despite what you see on TV, people who die of an MI rarely just drop dead immediately at the onset of symptoms. Especially if they were healthy enough to be at Epcot earlier that evening.

Anything is possible, but certain scenarios are more probable than others.
