Poler-coaster coming to Orlando in 2016

I wonder how long the title of 'world's tallest' will last. Rumor has it there are plans for more of these after this one opens.

I was a betting man, I'd still say I-Drive. Seems too early for a CityWalk II announcement, assuming one is even coming, don't see it fitting anywhere else. Daytona Beach, over by the Bandshell, as a long shot.

I haven't seen anything new in weeks. Apparently Daytona is opening a new three-ride thrill park near the boardwalk, seems a natural fit, but no mention of it being included.

I'm beginning to wonder if this thing is just gonna fizzle out. If its not one of the big players involved, the possibility of it opening becomes less likely.

I would be more on the side of the developer hit a major snag, but that's just me and my gut feeling given the short list of folks I believe may be behind it.

All over Twitter, but a ton of new details. Now called the Skyscraper, part of a new nightlife complex--Skyplex--on the northeast corner of I-Drive and Sand Lake Road (will also include Mango Joe's). Restaurant and observation deck at the top, high end shops at the base. All-day, unlimited ride ticket will be under $20 (with single ride tickets also available).
