Im assuming this more adult oriented resort. Renderings look awesome! Cant wait to see the interior design of the building! Anyone have any insider insight on the new project?

Planet Hollywood, continuing its slow, bizarre comeback.

Maybe they've learned some lessons. I've never stayed in the Las Vegas one so I have no basis to judge.

I think they're probably able to make a comeback just on name recognition. Since the restaurant has always been a novelty in big vacation destinations/cities, folks probably didn't really notice them struggle or close unless they repeatedly visited the same places on vacation. So the name itself is fairly stigma free.

They made the mistake of opening too many too fast to try to keep up with Hard Rock Cafe; especially since the founder and CEO used to be President and CEO of HRC (Robert Earl). There used to over 80 restaurants world wide and now there are only 6 world wide. Things are also looking up since the actors (and their feuding) have gotten out. One of the big re-start was taking over Aladdin Casino in Las Vegas and making a PH Casino. I agree that they will comeback and I think they have learned from their lesson of trying to keep up with HRC.
