BLD2019-03586 Darkbeer's House - Photovoltaic System: Install residential roof-mounted solar system with (1) inverter, (14) modules, 100 amp load center, transfer switch and backup battery. (Tie into existing system REF BLD2015-00222)

FINAL!!!!

One more project done. (Well, need to have a shed built to cover the Battery)

Edited to add - Let me state I got a great Building Inspector, which is par for Anaheim. All the projects I have been involved in, the project manager always says the inspectors are tough and picky, which is a good thing.

Now back to Disneyland's permits...

BLD2019-04514DTD - Rainforest Cafe / Trailer - Asian Street Eats - Tenant Imrovement: New cooking and food service trailer sitting on jacks anchored to the ground. Electrical to power 150 amp subpanel. Plumbing for above ground grease interceptor and connect to existing cleanout.
BLD2019-04521(PLANCHECK ONLY) Disneyland - BOH - Tenant Improvement: Electrical to changeout (7) 12kv switchgear switches anchored onto existing concrete pads.

SSG, it is not weird, Disney has been working with the city to come to a balance of public notification requirements and protecting proprietary information.

If you look back, secure buildings are allowed the same thing, such as banks, jails, etc.
