Hi, new to the forums. Does anyone know if there's any way of viewing active AP hotel discounts without having an active pass? It looks like there is an active offer for this summer but I can't find anyway to see the prices.

You need the code from a Passholder card or voucher in order to access the Passholder page.

Talk to Disney TA such as @Kingdom Konsultant and @wannabeBelle. They are the best way to book and can get AP rate quotes.
