Park Lineup Help

The last time I had single day tickets, my age started with a 1, so it's been a minute. Our upcoming trip starts on a Sunday that will consist of relaxing by the pool and dinner at Disney Springs. Monday through Thursday will be our park days, but I'm having trouble deciding which park to do on which day. I can imagine that Mondays are a no go for MK, but the rest has got me scratching my head. I'm also going to check out Touring Plans crowd Calendar. My thoughts thus far are:

Monday- AK
Tuesday- EPCOT
Wednesday- HS
Thursday- MK

TP, Ive found to be very reliable in their numbers, but nothing is 100%. It will give you a better idea of where to go. There are several fan sites that in their opinion say which days are best for each park. Their recommendations are....
MK.. Tues, Wed, Thrs.
EP.. Mon, Tues, Thrs.
HS... Wed.
AK... Mon, Tues.
So according to them, your choices are right.
When we go I try to go by the TP advice but we always get PH passes so if we get to a park thats too crowded we can hop to another.

Regardless of crowd calendars, we always like to end with MK so we can stay up late and Watch fireworks without impacting the trip. When we have two Mk days we like to start there too because there’s something truly magical about the castle being the first experience of the trip.

I like your plan. Personally I’d flip AK to the third day because it’s a slow park and offer a nice rest compared to the other parks, so I’d maybe do EP, HS, AK, MK

I’m realizing now though that even though i pay obsessive attention to the crowd calendars, they aren’t what shapes our trips lol

I usually always get PH for that very same reason, but these tickets were gifted to us, so can't look a gift horse in the mouth. What I plan on doing is having a general idea of what park to do on what day, and then checking TP and Lightning Lane prices that morning before we head out. Thanks!

I usually start with EPCOT as well, but it's my sister's very first trip, and she really wants to do the "Around The World challenge." Between that and food and wine, I figured it best not to be taken down on day 1 with three more still to go.

If you’re going when there are parties on at MK, then with single park tickets you have a choice.

MK on a party day tends to be a lower crowd level day, but of course you’ll have to leave the park early and won’t get the fireworks or the Starlight Parade.

If the nighttime events are important to you, then you’ll have higher crowds on the non party days.

That should be your first decision, and then you can arrange the other days around MK.

No parties that week, so I won’t have to contend with that, thankfully. Starlight is a priority, since I haven’t seen a nighttime parade at Disney since I was a kid.

Yay! These are the only decorations I've never seen at WDW, only at DL.
