GENERAL First Aid that you can carry(Band-aids, antibiotic cream, etc.) Also, for emergencies take a list of medications that each guest are taking. Ya never know when you might need that list! Extra batteries for electronic devices(EXPENSIVE Fantasy prices land of Magic!)

chapstick with sunscreen. I've seen people who are pasty white making sure to cover their bodies in sunscreen but they get blisters on their lips forgetting they can burn!

my best advice for packing for the parks would be to travel as light as possible.
-phone
-ID maybe
-magic band
-sunglasses?

that's about it
Might want to add some clothes to your list. Or maybe not.

I always pack an extra pair of sneakers. I hate it when it rains or getting them soaked on a water ride. After that it seems they stay wet for a while and smell.

Not necessarily for the parks themselves, but I find it handy to pack an extra, empty travel bag or suitcase inside your luggage. That way, you have an extra for all the souvenirs and other assorted bric-a-brac you'll pick up on your trip instead of trying to find room in your now way too full bag.

ha well yeah don't forget the outfit. but overall i try to travel light while at the parks, i just like not having a bag with me for a hot day where i'm walking around for hours.

as far as clothing/shoes go i have to suggest the under armour mirage. best shoe i've ever owned for outdoors or walking/standing around for a whole day. ton of support. endorsed by police and military yet nice and light for things like this.

Yes I never carry a bag either. I just don't like putting on soggy shoes the next morning.

Whatever you decide to bring, the best advice I can give is to purchase a clear, see-through backpack or f@nny pack. They're water proof (so your stuff stays dry) and It helps so much and saves so much time when going through security. The guards will thank you. We throw our ponchos in it (if it looks like we'll need them) as well as our autograph books and mini-souvenirs we don't mind carrying around instead of shipping them to our resort.

What are extra things to pack to take in the parks w you that you might not think of

A mini-umbrella that you can carry in a backpack or tote is a must for me. I don't do raincoats in WDW. Once you wear it during a rain, what are you supposed to do with the drippy thing afterward? Once after riding Tower of Terror, a rainstorm broke out and myself and a bunch of other guests were stuck in the gift shop riding it out. But it went on and on, so I bought a rain poncho there and wore it while I ran to the Brown Derby, where I had a dinner reservation. After dinner, the weather had cleared up, so I threw the poncho in the trash. Yeesh, what a waste of bread. After that experience, I always bring an umbrella to WDW.

Also necessary is a hat with a wide brim that you can wad up and also store in a backpack or tote so that you don't mess up anyone's line-of-sight during a show like Philharmagic. It's a common courtesy I wish all park guests would follow.
