Those are only awarded to the member who posted the 5,000,000th post. You know, like when stores give a prize to their 1,000,000th shopper, etc. Ironically though, the 5,000,000th post here was a deleted one by Pumbas Nakasak (something about binge farting), so sadly there was no prize awarded this time.
