Our Not-So-Scary Disney World Adventure Trip Report!! (Oct./Nov. '12)

Day 0: The Cast, the Travel, the Plane, & the Excitement!!!
Us two, Joseph (24) & me, Brian (18) headed to the airport around 12:30am for a 3:03am flight from Puerto Rico to the most magical place on earth. We had our bags packed and we were ready for the fun!

Day 1: Arrival, Coldness, Animal Kingdom & very tired boys!

So we arrived at Orlando International Airport at 6am and we headed to the Magical Express where we had a bus just for us two. It was extremely cold and we were freezing our butts off! We Got on the bus and we we're so excited but very tired...The bus ride was way to slow though, it felt like hours & hours. Lol But It was amazing!

We hopped of the Magical Express once we got to Disney's All-Stars Movie Resort. We walked the red carpet as we walked in to the lobby and checked in and they gave us our "birthday" buttons which you will see later that are a very powerful thing! We headed to our room which was just perfect in the 101 Dalmatians section right on the corner on the 2nd floor.

It's Not a Trip Report with out the famous Mickey towel!​

It was still about 7:15 am and we planned on going to Animal Kingdom that day at 9am, so we tried to sleep...I could not, Joseph did though, but it was not enough.

We woke up at 8:38 am got ready and headed to Animal Kingdom. We loved how it looked and the atmosphere. We ran to Kilimanjaro Safaris to be able to see all the cool animals and boy was that the best thing we did! We saw almost all the animals and most of them walked right up to the truck. It was beautiful!

We then headed to DinoLand and rode on TriceraTop Spin. We looked to the side & Goofy was waving at us. We Got down and headed to a short line to take pictures with Goofy & Pluto!

​

It was our 1st Character meet, and we loved it. After that we keep exploring the Animal Kingdom & it was pretty empty and it's so big that we went the wrong way a few times. We went to Dinosaur and it was practicably empty, Joseph Closed his eyes because he wasn't to fond of the sharp turns but we had fun on it, i loved it.

By this point it was so freaking cold, we were dying and super tired, although I tried to keep the energy up. We could not handle it, so we got to Finding Nemo The Musical and it was so cool and looked to amazing, We fell in love with the pelican.

On to Asia...

​

I got on to Expedition Everest alone, and omg!! It was so much fun but they cool effects that people say, i didn't see them. Then we meet Mickey at Camp Minnie Mickey!

Then we we're heading out but we saw that our friends Pooh, Tiger, & Eeyorer. Snap Snap Snap, we Jumped around with Tiger a little. And by the way the photopass photographer where Pooh was was Horrible and looked angry!

Back to the Resort to sleep more...But before just one more picture in the mirror. Lol.

By the time we woke up it was still around 5pm so we took pictures around the resort.

After Resting a little more, but 1st we drank some hot chocolate before leaving, it was still freezing cold.

We then waited a few minutes for the bus to Downtown Disney, again the ride there seemed so slow. I fell like they intentionally drive really slow. Anyways we got there and explored last time we went to Downtown Disney we were quite rushed so didn't really enjoy it, but this time we did here are a few pictures.

Christmas was slowly arriving at Downtown Disney which makes me super happy.​

Then we shopped a little more & headed home again to rest for the next day! But 1st ate at the resort, which was...ummm.... ok I guess.​

Day 2: The Magic Kingdom, The Fake Birthdays,MNSSHP & The New Fantasyland!​

​

We woke up this morning ready for a long and amazing day! Tonight was MNSSHP but we still wanted to head to Magic Kingdom because we knew that crowds would be good this day until around 4pm.

We 1st watched the opening show, which we loved, especially the 'Good Morning, Good Morning" song. Then walked right up to the main street theater to meet the princesses and this was the line...

We loved them both, we haven't seen Tangled so we only talked to her about her hair. Lol. If I remember well she said she loved our hair and that her hair was 60 feet long.

We took some pictures and headed to the center of the castle. Joseph is obsessed with the inside. ​

Then we saw these beautiful ladies which I was Super Excited because I saw a video of the exact same ones. I was in the line & The Step Mother kept looking at me and pointing to her ring finger and raising her eyebrow and she mouthed "Ring" at me, Joseph & I could not stop laughing. Then we got to them and she said that we could marry each of them, but I told her that would not work out since Joseph was my prince. Then I asked why the weren't inside the castle and they told us that Cinderella locked them out in the freezing cold.

Then we rode some rides!!! PeterPan NO wait! :O Run!!

Then we did It's A Small World. And then we looked around and headed to this place.

Ok Listen well...or read well! We knew that cast preview was going on, but we had our birthday buttons and Joseph insisted we ask, So I was like ok, lets just pretend that we don't know what was going on. We walked up to the lady in front and let the show begin. I asked the women "Are we allowed to go in there?" She responded with "Well actually today is a Cast member preview, but it will be ope for the public in about a month" and then I kind of looked down and said "Oh, I understand" and I just stood there a second & then she said "Happy Birthday you guys!" and I we looked up and said "Thank You!" and smiled. She asked us "Is it just to guys together?" and we said "Yes" and she was like "Go ahead guys enjoy New Fantasyland" and we were So happy!!! We entered to this...

​

I love these pictures, buy the way for me beast castle does not work in person but in pictures it does, the castle in person looks like very close to you and just looks like a doll house, but it looks amazing, theming is great. So after we went straight to the Little Mermaid ride, again people say the queue is better than the ride and I kindda agree but Ursula just looked amazing!!!! ​

The Theming of the queue is amazingly detailed and beautiful. After that we met Ariel, one of my favorite princess. Here are some pictures of that. ​

We Headed to The Gaston Area. Which is really cool and we met Gaston with no line and entered his tavern and drank some brew, which is really good but I don't like the mango foam.​

We then saw the Be Our Guest Restaurant and took some pictures, again inside it looks so beautiful but I feel like the ceiling is to low in the ballroom.

​

Originally even almost empty the Enchanted Tales with Belle Attraction had a really long line, I can only imagine how the lines will be when it's fully open. Although fun when you are watching you know in the show, I think this might be a one time attraction.​

​

​

But it was so fun watching him march and stuff! ​

​

​

So we Finished with The New Fantasyland and were we're really happy with it! And Since we had been full of hope with being able to go in, we were just in a glorious moment. Lol We Did some more things around Fantasyland are that. We did Philharmagic wich by the way should be called Donald's no Mickey's I mean the whole time it's Donald not Mickey but regardless I love it! And then we headed to StoryBook Circus and met Gooffy & Donald.

They where really funny & fun! After we went on dumbo. ​

Then we I had a fastpass for Space mountain, It was so freaking scary but so fun! Joseph will never ever go on it in his life. ​

We Marched to Adventurland and went straight to see Aladdin & Jasmin, we love them! ​

We Explored around and then we were hungry so I wanted to try Columbia House Harbor So we ate there, but there is like an ugly nasty smell in there, it's really bad!

It was alot of food, so next time we will share, it was good though. Then we went to see the Castle Show & Get on Buzz & leave to get ready for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party!

We were having so much fun but it was around 4pm and we wanted to get ready to enjoy the whole party. By the way they need to fix those darn lazer thingy magigers, Joseph won because mine was broken. Lol

We got to the resort & Showered and Got dressed up for the party which we but more Joseph, were excited about! ​

Our goal for the party was to get as much as candy possible, which was kinda hard ​

because you know we paid $70 for each ticket and the cast members only give you 3 pieces of candy, I mean REALLY? When you have huge barrels of candy! -.- But we did have a few tricks up our​

sleeve​

​

​

Our plan was the following, we knew that when your bag is empty generally Cast members will give you more candy, so each stop we would do we would pour the candy collected in our backpack, thus making the cast member think that we had zero candy. Plus we also knew that candy trails where best. After collecting the 1st bag we headed to Haunted Mansion. this beautiful lady joked with Joseph aka. Micheal Jackson. Hahaha It's was really funny.​

Joseph Danced a little to a Micheal Jackson song with Chip! Lol It was funny watching him.​

​

Anyone Notice the back pack is full! After dancing we got more candy and headed to see the end of the villains show. Our goal was a picture with Maleficent, and we were in line to get a picture with her and we where so excited and the lady says "Sorry Folks this is going to be the last family" and were were ed.​

​

I mean no villains come out in normal hours and when they do in special events there gone in 10 min. I feel it's really stupid. We still had hope on the last show so we just to the restroom and collected some candy on the way and headed back to the castle pub to see Hallo-Wishes, It was so cool.​

We met Mickey & Minnie in there Halloween attire! ​

Joseph Loves Minnie. Then we watched the parade and saw the Villians show and again no picture with Malificent but we did get one with Frollo. Funny thing happened, I was taking a picture with him and a dude just passed right in front of the picture and Frollo looked at him and started clapping slowly. Haha It was so cool, made my night. ​

​

Keep on getting candy all night after that and we ate at Casey's Corner. Overall the night was great and fun, a little disappointed with the Maleficent Situation but oh well...​

Drum Roll Please!!!! It's more than it appears, but it was a whole backpack, a huge zip-lock bag and the two bags given at the entrance to the party.​

Looks like you guys had a great time! Jealous that you got into the FLE during the daytime, we were able to see it during the MNSSHP but I couldn't see a lot of the details because it was so dark. I LOVE the picture with the stepmother and the evil stepsisters, I've never seen them in the park before. Can't wait to read the rest of your report!

DAY 3: EPCOT, New Food, & Walking around the world 5 times. ​

We went on Space Ship Earth! Our 1st ever ride in Disney world Together! <3 ​

​

​

We headed to The Land and Joseph was starving so we ate a breakfast platter and Got a fast past for Sorin'. Are feet were killing us from so much walking. We got on the Living With The Land Attraction, which we enjoyed alot, it was cool to see all the different vegetables, plants & fruit's. I rode Mission Space & Did Sorin' Which was so much fun!!! I begged Joseph to do it, but he didn't. When then went to try the different Sodas. Joseph got so mad at me because I insisted he try Beverly, Hahahaha!

We walked to World Showcase by this time & Saw Donald So we Ran to him. ​

We liked the boat ride in the Mexico Pavilion, it was nice We moved on to Norway.​

​

I never read anything about Maelstrom So Joseph didn't want to go on but I knew it was in a boat so I told him it was like in the Mexico Pavilion, But he didn't believe me. So I asked the lady in the front and she said it was a slow and gentle boat ride with the history of Norway, but ummm Like Joseph said, We think she never has gone on the ride, it was not a slow boat ride. But we liked it! We got to Japan and we loved it, it was empty so we took a lot of pictures.​

China was one of my favorites of all the pavilions, but after there we went to the next one.

Off to Italiaaaaa!!!!!​

We headed to the American Adventure! I Love my country!

Then we walked around Japan.

We skipped Morocco after this, and headed to France, which I love!​

We didn't really look around much because we where gonna pass around later and explore more. So we visited the Uk and we had already planned on meeting Mary Poppins, So we were like the 1st ones in line.​

We then wanted to try the desserts from the food & wine festival so we went and got them.​

​

The Chocolate one was good, but the best one was the one with the crumbs on it. After that we got pictures with Minnie, Goofy & Mickey. Minnie gave us a kiss.

We Kept on Exploring around Future world, here are some pictures.

Then we headed back to World Showcase. Stopped in Mexico again.

Then we tried to eat around the world, but just a few things we're picky eaters. ​

Sushi was Amazing,I never had it before neither did Joseph. Lamb I did not Like it, it had to much fat. ​

We then went to France, to actually explore and look around & get a snack. ​

After that we wanted to see the boardwalk so we got on the boat and went to the Bakery, and we got a yummy treat, it was so good, we loved it!

That sushi was soo good. Your TR is going wayy faster than mine and you did more than me! I need to step up. All this is bringing me back to my trip and making me sad that I'm not there. I miss you guys

I LOVE that you made Joseph try the Beverly in Epcot, I did the same thing to my boyfriend this past trip and he was this close to having it spray out of his mouth.
