Anyone know how to order items from the Japan store online? My wife found a cute mug there on our last trip, but it was much cuter than it was sturdy (it is now broken). I would like to get a replacement, but can't find it anywhere online. Any suggestions? Anyone going to Epcot soon that I could get to stop by there? I know there have to be a few of you who live in Orlando and go often. They have a lot of random items at that store, but it sure would be nice to replace. It is a white mug with a small brown owl perched on the rim.

Good Luck. My DD discovered a mug at a friend's house that she wanted. The mug was bought last year on a Disney cruise and has now completely vanished from Disney inventory.

And, to tell you the truth, one time I bought a ceramic zebra from the AK, and when I got home and opened the luggage it was cracked in pieces... We called the number and Disney did send a complimentary replacement just like that, very few questions asked... Might be worth a shot...
However - I don't know the official legal status of the Mitsukoshi store - whether it's tied into the whole WDW merchandising system property-wide, or whether it's independently managed...

You have to call Mitsukoshi directly to order over the phone. Their number is 407-827-8513. I was lucky enough to have the price tag from the item I wanted to order, as they will ask for the item number off of that tag first. I would guess they will do their best to find what you are looking for if you no longer have the price tag though!
