Online Check In

I have been trying for weeks to check in online for OKW but I keep getting a error message, I have tryed on my home laptop, work PC and my phone and get the same thing everytime, I am trying it through the MDE website which already has our reservation linked but no luck, can anyone tell me were I am going wrong, we arrive on the 13th Sept so I am well within the 60 days? Help please??

Sounds like a computer glitch. I would call.

Thanks @reptar77, We are doing all of our final checks for our holiday on Saturday so I have added ringing to the list of things to do and check! it's not the end of the world if we can't check in before hand but it would be really useful by the time we get to OKW we will have been up and travelling for 23 hours I will need my bed quickly!
