Online ADR booking

Ah, that wasn't there before. But GRR. It won't work. It keeps telling me my month is invalid. How is "05" which is what is printed on the pass invalid?? :brick:

You bought your pass in 2005? Have you renewed it since? I'll take for granted you did. But, if you didn't, it will be an unactivated pass.

No, I just renewed my pass on May 10, 2009. It expires on May 10th 2010. It was giving me a hard time about the month field (that's what the error said) even though what I needed to change was the year field. On the passes, it's printed MM/DD/YY but they want MM/DD/YYYY

By the way, anyone notice the picture for Aloha Isle?

Somehow I don't think that's right.

The system seems to work well. I was contemplating tweeking some of our free dining ADRs and this is an easy way to do it. The outcome, no changes were made. I will keep trying.

Just spent over an hour trying to get this system to work for my UK booking but with no luck. I phoned the UK Disney number, and eventually found out we need a 12 digit code for this (not the code you have on all your travel documents). They provided me with the code but now the phone number is not valid. Phoned them again and the lady checked my phone number but it still wouldn't let me in. So in the end I just booked them over the phone - I should have just phoned in the first place.

Just wanted to let other UK people know about the problems - I'd recommend giving it a miss right now and doing it all over the phone.

Can you book 90 days out (+10) like on the phone, as the calender only goes up to 90 days forward? Does this change when you put your confirmation number in?

Otherwise a great sysem from what i've seen and should save me a fortune phoning from the UK... 100 days to go to akl !!!!:sohappy:

I think you should be able to, if you can get it to retreive your booking. If like me you've booked your holiday through the UK disney web site I'd recommend phoning them to ask what your 12 digit reference number is - my reference number was in the format of XXXXX/XXX which it wouldn't accept at all. As for what telephone number you are supposed to enter I am not sure - it doesn't like any of the UK formats I put in.

I haven't had any trouble with booking my ADR's online - for the most part I've been able to get the restaurants and times I've wanted.

The only problem I've run into is cancelling or pulling up my reservations after I've made them. Every time I type in the confirmation number and my phone number, I get an error message. I've had to call the Dining # and get them to cancel/make changes.

I once booked a hotel room through the Disney website and when I wanted to see my reservation, it was not taking my phone number either since it was a German number. I then just entered as many digits of it as a US number would have and left the last ones out. It worked for me!

I am having a problem with it. I go to retrieve my reservation and it finds it but the calendar still will not show days past the 90 day mark. Anyone else having this problem? Am I just missing something?

Did you book through DVC or a travel agent? Currently, if you booked through one of those means, they system can't find your reservation and you can't use the 90+10 option. Disney is working to fix that.

Wait, I just reread your post and realized you said it does find your reservation. In that case, if you're at 90 days, the calendar should open up the next 10. I'm afraid you're going to have to call.

Search this thread for others who have been successful. I believe thay just put in the number for their resort. I think any 10-digit number would do.
