That's it, I'm no longer going to WDW as long as the crane is gone!

The crane was still up when we did the Keys to the Kingdom tour first part of March. According to our CM tour guide, in removing the Christmas lights from the Castle, apparently one or two of the Castle turrets were damaged, so they need to be repaired and repainted.

Don't know why Disney doesn't just leave the Christmas lights up year round...that's what I do. Not climbing up that ladder twice a year to put up/take down Christmas lights.

OMG! I had an immediate panic attack with a 180 of LOL. That crane is up so much, I'm always surprised when it's not in the background of my pictures. At least I still have the one at Animal Kingdom.

I was lining up behind the crane during my last visit-I thought it was a new attraction. I was wondering why it wasn't on the FP list. I thought maybe it was a new version of the Skyway-consisting of an extremely short ride around the castle.
