I've been to WDW over 2 dozen times and I've still never tried the stuffed pretzels, a churro, a waffle sandwich or a beignet. And for @DisneyDebNJ, I've still never been to Kona Cafe, had Tonga Toast or tried the Kona coffee.

I've never had a stuffed waffle either. But I have seen pictures and they are on my hit list.

I went to Pecos Bill for the first time about 3 years ago. Somehow I had convinced myself the first 20 years of visiting the parks that there was nothing worth eating there. Same thing happened with Flame Tree BBQ too. Ate there for the first time last year. I attribute that to 'hating bbq" for most of my life though. Now I am more tolerant of things covered in bbq sauce so I actually enjoyed it.

You can get beignets at Port Orleans French Quarter. Not sure if they have them anywhere else.
