By chance, does anyone have a photograph of the letter, from the resort’s General Manager, that is provided upon arrival? Alternatively, does anyone have her/his email address?

We’ve stayed at OKW multiple times and have never received a letter from the GM. What have we been missing?

This is a newer thing that all resorts seem to be doing. I noticed it last summer (spring didn't even have it) so I think its newer.

Thanks. We stayed at the Poly in March, and didn't receive one there this year.

Odd... we've stayed at totally different resorts in the last year and each had it. It was with the other print outs you get at check in (insect prevention, room checks, etc). All the GM e-mails follow the same formula though WDW.GM.<resortname>@Disney.com

Maybe we did get them, as we don't usually do anything with the print outs but save them. Guess I need to check our Disney bin.
