Not sure if correct board... sending Disney customer service a letter

How would I go about directly getting in touch with customer service via email?

I ask because I want to brag on a particular waiter we had at Garden Grill but didn't catch his name. At the same time, I have a complaint about AoA airline/baggage counter.
