We're coming from the UK. I've been on this forum for maaaaaany years, although not an avid poster anymore. I've been to Florida/WDW/Universal many times over the years, first when I was 8 and I'm 36 now!
We last visited Florida in 2014, before we had kids. We will have a 9 year old and a 6 year old when we plan to visit in May/June 2026.
I have a few questions - first, is International Drive what it used to be? I've heard good and bad things. Last time we went, we visited the Titanic exhibition and went to the Pirate's themed dinner.
We've always stayed on I-drive and stayed at a hotel with a shuttle. I'm actually thinking of driving this time. Is it worth driving, especially with 2 kiddos?
Second, if we do drive, we are looking at possibly staying at a villa. Can anyone recommend where to book one as I've been on Virgin and it's just thrown me out the website. Never stayed in one before again, so hoping this would be a possibility.
