Not a ride exactly, but the smell/taste of Nestle Toll House cookies on Main Street late at night on the way out of MK. We used to always get late night warm cookies. It was a great way to end the day!
One of my favorites things was entering/returning MK at night (after dinner) on a night when the park is open very late. It doesn't happen very often these days, but there was something special about entering the park at a time when the masses are leaving, knowing the park will still be open for 4+ hours.
After heading up Main Street, the best thing is/was entering Space Mtn with a FP/LL, and being able to jog down the little hill in the queue, just past the bottom of the stairs, such that one's momentum continues up part of then hill that follows. There is something especially fun about having a late night LL for Space Mtn.
Then again, I also love riding HM after midnight.
Really, all of the WDW parks look great after dark. For that matter, I also love the Universal parks at night, though they don't tend to be open as late. IMO, Universal should experiment more with evening park hours. Epic is really pretty at night.

I have many attraction wise, some shared with above and I'll deep dive later.
But a small one that struck me - a recent podcast referenced the powdered hand soap in Disney bathrooms in the 80s/90s - forgot all about that funny feeling stuff and it took me back!

EPCOT CENTER - World Key Information system!
I remember making a ADR on this system, I think it was a same day ADR and the MAX in advance you could make was the next day or two days out or something. LOL. Those were the days!

It was either late 1981 or early 1982. We rope dropped and ran directly to BTMR. No lines, no people. We got down to the loading area and the cars were filled with sandbags, so they popped the ones in the first seat out and we rode. When we arrived back at the station, there were still only a few people waiting to board, so we asked if we would ride again, and we did. Third time around there was just enough people to fill the whole train and the guy asked us "you wanna ride again!" and we nodded and went for our third ride. So fun, so special.

I'm from the later part of Gen X. My mom won a WDW trip from a local radio station in May of 1991 and went in summer of 1991. What I experienced on that trip outside of the WDW theme parks on WDW property was stuff that no longer exist like Hotel tram that went from Yacht & Beach Club, Swan & Dolphin, and to the gate of Epcot from the World Showcase side.
I went to WDW 5 times from 1991 through Summer of 2001 with them 1991,1992, 1997, 2000, and 2001. The 2000 and 2001 trips explains stuff like Millennium village, and Tapestry of Nations Parade.
Some of the stuff I mention like the original imagination ride went through a part of 1998.

I’ve posted about this around here before...
We took our oldest DD (and our other 2 kiddos) to WDW for her Sweet 16 in July of 2007, and we stayed in a family suite at ASMusic. After we were settled in the room, I went down to the main lobby to the concierge desk. I was greeted by and attended to by a wonderful CM named Ashley. I asked if they could leave a few things in our room for her when we came back to take an afternoon break on oldest DD’s special day a few days later, and just put it on our bill. She said don’t worry about that now, we’ll take care if it.
The morning of her Sweet 16 we were at the head of the group at the east tunnel by the train station at MK waiting for rope drop after the welcome show. An elderly CM noticed oldest DD’s birthday button and some extra birthday bling she had on...!!!!!
He then proceeded to lead the whole 200-ish Guests behind us in singing happy birthday to her, and It was just awesome...!!!!!!! 
Then, when we got back to our room for our afternoon break, we were completely stunned...
There were balloons, a card from Cinderella, some key chains, a t-shirt, a Minnie Mouse plush, half a dozen red roses, and I may be forgetting somethin’ else...!!!!!
Not only that, when I went down to the concierge desk to settle up before we left, I was told by another CM that it was all “on the house”, as Ashley had taken care of it, but wouldn’t be back on shift until after we had left for home…!!!!!
Boy howdy though, did we ever make sure Ashley got a huge CM kudos from us…!!!!!!!
Oldest DD wore her birthday button the whole trip, and received so many CM and even Guest well-wishes, and it was just a Magical trip, all the way around...!!!!!

There’s a wide range of ages on this forum. I’m 25, but there are people on here in their teens, and people on here that were full grown adults before Magic Kingdom even opened.

It has been so long since we've been to any Disney park, everything seems nostalgic to me. We used to take our son about every year or every other year.
Since it's been so long and I am planning a retirement vacation bash for early next year, I decided to price out a Disney World vacation. Good heavens, the prices have skyrocketed, and the perks have dwindled. No more Disney's Magic Express! We used to stay in moderates such as POR. Now the Value Resorts are more expensive than that. I was looking into the sites at Fort Wilderness, even though driving the motor home there would eat up at least two whole days - each way. Even base full-hookups are more than I could get a room at a Disney Springs good neighbor hotel. DL pricing was just as crazy.
Third choice was to look at a Disney cruise. Wow, that ain't happening either. Looks like I will just book the MSC Seascape out of Galveston for January. My wife is not as big of a Disney fan as I am, so we've been taking cruises instead of WDW or DL trips. Galveston is only about a leisurely five hour drive, and they have several cruise line choices.
The WDW pricing and perks of old is what I'm most nostalgic about!

I expected just a few little things that would be added to our resort bill, but then that happened…!!!
Not sure if it would happen these days, but it never hurts to ask for a little something to help celebrate an occasion…!!!

During our 80s Disneyland trips, we used to love the Sunkist Citrus House on Main Street. Still, the best orange juice I've ever tasted - local valencia oranges, freshly squeezed in front of you and unpasteurized - kind of amazing they were doing that right there. Closed in '89.
