According to Entertainment Weekly Pixar never made any outtakes for Finding Nemo because they didn't want to keep repeating themselves.

Yeah...they do have other things planned tho :X I really cant say WHAT (legal reasons) but dont worry..lack of outtakes will be soon forgotten
