Since (most) gyms across the US and around the world are closed for time being, I thought I'd share some YouTube fitness channels I use from time to time. Some work outs require some equipment, but if you look around each channel, you'll see there are equipment free workouts. A few channels even have apartment workouts, so you don't raise the ire of your downstairs neighbor.
Also, if you see workouts you want to try, but you don't have weights. Get creative and use what you have on hand--canned goods, water and milk bottles, a toddler.
This is list is yoga-heavy , since it's what I do most. Maybe you're thinking, "But, Sans Souci, yoga is for dirty, pot-smoking hippies who can't deal with reality." Well, don't worry, 'cause I gotchu covered! I have included some general fitness channels, too. Feel free to share your favorite fitness channels!

Blogilates/Cassey Ho
A potpourri of hiit, light weights, no equipment, low impact, high impact, yoga, pilates. Her following is younger women and teens, so her demeanor reflects that. But it doesn't bother me, but I can see how it might bother others.
