I'm planning on applying at UCF after i finish my 2 years here at PBCC, and just wanted to know if it was hard to get a job at the Walt Disney World Resort?

Well, that really depends on what kind of job you want. Prior to 9/11, it was actually quite easy to get a job if you weren't picky and didn't mind starting off in food service or another area, provided you had a clean employment/criminal history. Now its a bit tougher to get even these entry level positions. Management is more difficult to get into, even with a degree, but it really all depends on your qualifications, work history, etc. Not to mention how well you interview, etc.
