New Years Eve At The Parks?

Hello all! I know there is so much up in the air with regards to NYE at the parks, but I was curious if anyone knew anything about the countdown celebrations. I have previously done NYE at EPCOT, and it was a blast. I currently have reservations for EPCOT on 12/31 and show the hours are 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM. I have 2 questions for you lovely WDWMAGIC folk -

1) Does this likely mean there will be a variation of Harmonious at EPCOT for the countdown?
2) If you had to choose which park to celebrate NYE in for this year, which park would it be and why?

I can’t address the show details but if I were going I’d probably want to go MK. I would expect the Castle fireworks to be better.

We’ve done both Epcot and MK. Can’t beat MK for that nostalgic “I was at Disney World” for New Years Eve!

If you were at Epcot for New Years Eve you also were at Disney World for New Years Eve.

That’s true, but IMHO, most people would choose the MK over Epcot. Not saying either one is better, but MK is more Disney, than Epcot.

Remember that Magic Kingdom does the NYE fireworks on BOTH 12/30 and 12/31. We've done a number of New Years at WDW and have found that 12/30 at MK and 12/31 at Epcot is pretty awesome - both are still crazy crowded but 12/31 at MK is one of the worst.
