Full payment is due at the time of booking. Prices and services are subject to change without notice.

How do I book a session?
To book a session or make inquiries, please email the Signature Portrait Experience Team at DisneyPortraitSessions@disney.com.

Due to the custom nature of these photo sessions, advance reservations are required.

This experience may be booked up to 60 days in advance. To ensure availability, please reach out to begin the booking process as soon as you are ready.

Where are Signature Portrait Sessions available?

Signature Portrait Sessions are available at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort and Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows.

Access will not be provided to restricted areas. Your photographer will share the available locations. Locations are subject to change based on inclement weather and Resort operations. Please inquire at the time of booking if you have further questions about locations.

If you’re interested in a photo shoot at one of the 4 Walt Disney World Resort theme parks, consider our other experience: Capture Your Moment.

When are Signature Portrait Sessions available?
Signature Portrait Sessions are designed to be customizable. Please email the Signature Portrait Experience Team at DisneyPortraitSessions@disney.com to request your desired session date and time, and the team will do everything they can to accommodate your request.

Can I bring my own props to my photo session?
Yes, but Guest-supplied props must comply with Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules.

Can I wear wedding attire during my photo session?
While Signature Portrait Sessions are ideal for capturing celebrations such as proposals, engagements, anniversaries and save-the-dates, wedding attire is not permitted. For inquiries about wedding photography at Walt Disney World Resort, please contact Disney Fine Art Photography and Video.

How many photos will I receive and when will I receive them?
Signature Portrait Sessions are highly customizable, so the number of photos you receive will depend on numerous factors, including how many locations you choose to visit during your session and the travel time between them. While it is not guaranteed, most parties will receive around 60 retouched photos. Only photos meeting Disney’s quality standards will be made available to view and download.

Once the photo retouch process is complete, session photos will appear in your Disney PhotoPass gallery, accessible online or via the My Disney Experience app. A MyDisney account is required. Images will expire according to the expiration policy and are subject to the Disney PhotoPass Service terms and conditions.

Please allow up to one week after your session for photos to appear in your gallery.

How many Guests can be included in each Signature Portrait Session?
Please email the Signature Portrait Experience Team at DisneyPortraitSessions@disney.com to discuss how many Guests will be in your session.

A large party may reduce the number of photo locations you can visit during a session and/or the number of photos you capture, but the team will explain your options.

Guests 14 years of age or younger must be accompanied by an adult age 18 or older.

What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation time or are a no-show, you will be charged the full price of the session.

Guess we saw this coming with the restrictions placed on third party photographers. If there's a market for it, can't blame Disney for wanting to capture it. Hopefully they are careful in selecting the photopass photographers who handle these as there is a wide variation in their ability and honestly even just general interest in photography.

This is a great idea but $400 seems way overpriced. It should be more like $250/300 especially since Photopass photographers are often not as good as other professionals who do this for a living.
I am actually surprised the price is so "cheap" We were looking at booking private photographers for a Senior night baseball game, and family session for 8th grade graduation. Granted Bergan County NJ can be on the expensive side but we were getting quotes 300 per hour for the baseball session and 350 for the family session, and that was not counting pictures. Considering the captive audience and what i would expect as a WDW/Vacation tax, the pricing doesn't seem that insane.

Yeah I guess I was more comparing it to Capture Your Moment which starts at $99. This really isn’t much different, it’s probably the same photographers.

$400 for 40 minutes? 😂 😂 😂 😂

It damn well better be an actual professional photographer, not the intern who takes pictures on Main Street USA.

You're paying 40m of shoot time and the time to touch up photos so it's not just 40 minutes of time.

Assuming the photographer is good, that's not an unreasonable cost being at Disney World.

Overpriced is CRAZY, you get 60 edited photos -- if I try to do a session with a photographer in my literal backyard it's like $600 minimum and I only get 10 edited photos.

Anyone saying this is overpriced has not hired a photographer in the last 5 years.

This is honestly a great deal.
Just a personal opinion but I’d rather pay $200 for a 40 minute session inside a park vs $400 for a 40 minute session at a resort I probably won’t even be staying at. But I suppose if you are staying at GF or the Poly you might prefer the session there.

I don't necessary disagree. However i think photo shoots at the resorts will likely be far less intrusive than if you were having multiple people trying to have "private" shoots at the parks, surrounding by other guests. The photo pass stations are set up to maximize the picture view while not impacting everyone. Can you imagine people trying to use props, getting the perfect shots in random places while hundreds/thousands of people were racing around with their strollers, EVs, running to get to lightening lanes, or just trying to experience the same scene/view that the private shoot is trying to "capture?"

This is perfect for the family of 4 from Denver who purchased LLPPs for the whole family for all days of their 10 day WDW vacation. For this family, the backdrop of their Grand Floridian resort is fabulous for their photo shoot!!

Exactly.... I paid $600 last year and all it got me was 25 minutes and 10 digitals... at a Florida public park/playground. This is high-end, I saw some of the preview shots on Instagram already and they look incredible.

That's really everything in life now, no? Accept for TV's, for some reason they haven't really gone up, we used to get a most things cheaper. Inflation baby!
No…not all products are the same…don’t splain away bad Disney management on prices.
Have at this one…I’m sure there’s one every minute for them 😎
