New Polynesian Food Court ?

Last Summer while staying at the Poly where the old gift shop was they were doing some construction behind the black plastic. One CM said it was an expansion of the food court. Is this true...Did it happen....It was nice to grab a quick bite there but too few seating and its just not designed to handle the number of ppl going through it.

The Polynesian does not have a food court, per se. Captain Cook's, the quick service restaurant, has not been expanded yet. It is still in it's same location near the back of the lobby. However, it is scheduled to expand early this year to include space formerly occupied by the ladies & gents clothiers (forgot their names). Captain Cooks definately could use the extra space!

Captain Cook’s is going to expand but it is moving across the back of the building where it is now allowing for more seating and an expanded menu with a full kitchen. The construction that was up at the old gift shop (News from Civilization) was to allow for the new Wyland Gallery that is now open.
