As of 31st March, DVC has a policy which defines commercial renting (in more detail than before) and sanctions.

That seems very reasonable. 20 reservations per year should cover all legitimate, non-commercial, owners.

That’s been the threshold for triggering an investigation for years.
They’ve addd several other examples now. Some of which are all but impossible for them to track, others which are a little vague or undefined.
