WELCOME, HOLLYANN!!!! there are always rumors flying about, but you know how rumors are. I'm sure if we wait long enough, another will pop up in FL. Maybe not until 2015 or so, but it will probably happen. They certainly have enough land.

I've seen some things in a recent report or something from Disney that they plan to create several "weekend" parks. They also want to expand more overseas.

What he said. But thinking about it I dont think well get another new park for awhile. This will be the first decade that WDW doesnt get a new park.

First they need to figure out what to do with DCA, which is bleeding money so badly I doubt they will have money to expand WDW. A DCA retheme might not be a bad idea, but who knows what will happen. I think they'll invest in AK first before considering a new park entirely.
