Well, its better than SGE where a major attraction became a dumpy, moldy breakroom. Though admittedly the destruction of Communicore/Innoventions West is still one of the most head scratching financial decisions if not outright write-off in the history of Disney Theme Parks. The whole EPCOT re-do was just one giant vanity project for Iger and Chapek and their lack of vision for the parks as far as I am concerned.

All of the old staircases and elevators in the tunnel for innovations are sealed off with concrete too. Theres only a single staircase on the west side of the tunnel and it goes to communicore hall. Theres often times a strong sewer smell down there too the lack of basic maintenance is astounding. It only affects cast not guests so they dont really care

Wait, you're telling us that they destroyed the building and still didn't fix the sewer? I've long held the theory that they had to destroy innoventions west in order to reach the sewer pipes. They failed? After all that!!?
