Going back to 2011, I don't see anything like a general public, 2-day ticket discount that's stackable with a hotel.

ETA: Going back to the year 2000 I can't find a similar deal. So it's either unprecedented or really close.

When I go this time of year I can only be walking around the parks in the morning or evening/night. The mid day is just too brutal. When I was younger I could deal with it but it's just not fun anymore.

Why Animal Kingdom though?

It would make more sense if the ticket was for one of the parks easily accessible from the Epcot/Epcot Resorts area.

Because they need to prove on the spreadsheet that Encantoland is worth the investment. So attendance is pushed there.

This is 100% about driving attendance at the lesser attended parks. Easy isn't part of this discussion.

I’m still not following your logic.

The investment decision has long ago occurred. The validity for the market is a before and after. Pumping up the before benchmark with higher attendance runs counter to having a solid year over year gain.

It’s really just about improving this fiscal year, to the detriment of making next years seem more impressive. Although arguably it’s a short term reaction to the problem at hand.

In my opinion, its a ticket deal so for the lower price you are only allowed entrance to the less popular parks.
